Sebenarnya hidup Jack Sadelstein (Adam Sandler) baik-baik saja. Kariernya cukup bagus sementara keluarganya juga sangat harmonis. Satu-satunya masalah Jack hanyalah Jill (Adam Sandler), saudara kembarnya. Setahun sekali, Jill pasti datang dan saat itulah hidup Jack jadi kacau balau.

Setiap Thanksgiving, Jill pasti berkunjung ke rumah Jack dan menghabiskan liburan di sana. Masalahnya, setiap Jill datang, wanita aneh yang memang sangat mirip dengan Jack ini selalu membuat kekacauan di sana. Jack memang tak bisa berbuat banyak. Open on gorgeous swamplands of the Atchafalaya Basin in the summer. Lots of beautiful teens are at the beach the weekend before Gator Fest. That night an animal smuggling deal goes wrong and a large sea creature escapes into a swampy backwoods river.
